Troubleshooting
The app will not install
Check that the file finished downloading, that you have enough free storage and that you allowed installs from your browser or file manager. If it still fails, delete the file and download it again from this page.
"App not installed" or parse error
This usually means the download was incomplete or the file is not compatible with your device. Download it again on a stable connection and make sure it came from our official website.
The app closes or will not open
Restart your phone, free up some storage and try again. If the problem continues, reinstall the app after making sure you remember your login details.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Diwa Fun APK for Android only?
Yes. An APK is an Android app file, so it cannot be installed on an iPhone. Use an Android phone or tablet.
Why does my phone ask me to allow installs from unknown sources?
Android shows this prompt for any app that does not come from an app store. Allow it only for the browser or file manager you used to download the file from our official website, and turn it off again once the installation is complete.
Do I need to uninstall an old version before updating?
Usually not. When a new version is available, download the latest APK from this page. Installing it over the existing app normally updates it. If you see an error, make sure you know your login details, then uninstall the old version and install the new one.
Where should I download the APK from?
Only from this official website. Files shared on social media, messaging groups or unknown websites may be changed or unsafe, and we cannot vouch for them.
Is the app for adults only?
Yes. Diwa Fun is intended for adults aged 18 and above. Please also check that playing is permitted in your state before you install the app.
